What It’s About: Exploring the tender heart of God in the Old Testament. Reading the book of Zechariah.

What It’s About: A simple yet profound guide to developing a personal relationship with Jesus, covering essential steps like understanding God’s love, repentance, faith, prayer, and overcoming doubt, emphasizing that true transformation comes through Christ’s saving grace, not self-effort.

What It’s About: New to Lacombe? Want to meet other Portuguese speaking friends in the community? Need help to learn English, find information, resources, jobs, tips about the city? Join our group!!! Type of Group: Men’s Running Group

What It’s About: Are you a man? Do you like running? Are you willing to run outside even in the cold? Then join this group! We do a short devotional and pray for each other, followed by a 20–30-minute run. Worship, fellowship, and outdoor exercise — what better way to start your morning! See you there! Please note – Call/text Adam prior to the run to find out where to meet for that time.

Type of Group: General Bible study group, open to anyone.

What It’s About: Ignited by the Spirit (13 weeks) Discover how Luke, guided by the Holy Spirit, wrote about what happened after the resurrection of Jesus. Luke describes the early church as a loving fellowship of people who ate and fellowshipped together. We will immerse ourselves in the first 12 chapters of Acts, prayerfully discovering the amazing stories of a community ignited by the Holy Spirit.

What It’s About: sing together, pray together, read and discuss together. Last Day Events is a compilation from Ellen White’s writings. You are encouraged to read the passages in their original contexts to get the full picture.

Type of Group: Celebrate Recovery Open Share Group (Men & Women separately, starts 8 PM)

What It’s About: Celebrate Recovery open share groups (following large group Where & When that starts at 7 PM) provide an opportunity to share confidentially in gender specific groups. All groups are led by leaders who have been on their own recovery journey. It is a safe space to share your hurts, hang-ups and habits. There is no pressure to share on your first night. What’s shared in the group, stays in the group.

Where & When: in-person on Tuesday evenings from 7-8 PM for large group Where & When, then 8-9 PM open share small groups in the Earliteen room.

Type of GroupScripture memorization group – open to everyone.

What It’s About: Get into the word of the Lord. Take it into your heart and mind. Memorize a portion of scripture each month or just come to hear the word of the Lord spoken.

Where & When: Second Saturday of the month at 4pm. Meet at 27 Liberty Close.
