What is the history of the College Heights Seventh-day Adventist Church?
Our church was established in 1909 in the College Heights hamlet located within the city of Lacombe, Alberta, under the leadership of Elder C.A. Burman. Starting with just 24 members, the church grew alongside Alberta Industrial Academy (now Burman University) and built its first dedicated sanctuary in 1962. Over the years, we’ve expanded our facilities and ministries to serve our congregation and community better, staying true to our mission of faith, education, and service.
