Room to reflect. Space to grieve.

You don’t have to
navigate loss alone.

Loss can change everyday life in ways we don’t expect. Some days, the pain feels close to the surface. Other days, it catches us by surprise.

Whether your loss is recent, happened years ago, or comes with a significant life change, this series offers space to understand your experience and discover practical resources for healing. You’re also welcome if you want to support someone who is grieving.

You don’t need to have all the answers or be at a particular stage of grief. Come as you are.

The four-session journey

What we’ll explore together

Each Thursday, 7:00–8:30 PM.
Time to learn, reflect, and understand.

Understanding grief

Explore what happens physically, emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually when we experience loss. Look at common myths about grief and the obstacles that can make it hard to acknowledge a loss and begin grieving.

Understanding your grief journey

Make sense of grief bursts, love bursts, and the triggers that bring strong emotions to the surface. Discover ways to move forward while offering yourself and others grace.

Finding movement when you feel stuck

Explore the connection between mind, body, and emotions, and practical ways to move forward when grief feels overwhelming or stagnant. Consider a “new normal” and the six needs of the grieving.

Finding meaning, hope, and healing

Reflect on the unique challenges of different losses and what it means to find meaning, including when meaning feels difficult to find. Close the series with a conversation about hope, forgiveness, and possibilities for healing.
