Journeying with Loss: A Free Series on Grief and Healing

Grief is a deeply personal experience, and navigating life after a loss can feel overwhelming. Whether your loss is recent or happened years ago, understanding your grief and finding healthy ways to move forward can make a meaningful difference.

You are invited to Journeying with Loss, a free four-week series led by Pr. Honey Todd, Registered Psychologist. This supportive series offers an opportunity to reflect, better understand your experience, and discover tools and resources that can help you along your healing journey.

What Will We Explore?

Throughout the series, participants will:

  • Explore the myths and realities of grief and gain a better understanding of the grieving process.
  • Understand what’s happening in their loss journey and recognize the emotions and experiences that may arise.
  • Discover tools and resources for healing to support them as they navigate life after loss.

The goal is to reflect, heal, and learn to remember with more love than pain.
