Eddie Hypolite is a resilience consultant and director of EYR Pty Ltd. With a background in theology and sociology, he has 18 years of pastoral experience and expertise in value-centered resilience for living and leadership. A Londoner of Caribbean descent, Eddie lives in NSW, Australia, with his family, and is a PhD candidate researching the experience of belonging among African diaspora students in the Australian education system.
